Flight Support and Aircraft Contracting

Airborne Scientific can provide aircraft and/or crew for specialized airborne remote sensing and data acquisition projects. We have extensive experience in aerial data acquisition and are familiar with numerous specialized sensor systems, as well as general know-how in aerial photography, surveying, and remote sensing to make sure that your project is completed effectively.

Aircraft

• Short term lease, long term lease, or contract.
• With or without pilot.
• With operator or without (depending upon sensor).
• Licensed aircraft mechanic available.

Pilot

• Experienced in aerial data collection throughout the US including Alaska, and some foreign countries.
• Combination pilot and aircraft mechanic available.
• Pilot with remote sensing and systems operations experience, capable of single crew deployment.

Systems Operator

• Aerial photography experience, Leica RC20/30 and some Zeiss RMK TOP.
• Lidar experience, Leica ALS40 and Optech.
• Digital photogrammetric camera experience, Leica ADS40 and GPro software.
• GPS base station and airborne GPS experience.
• Applanix POSAV experience, both direct georeferencing aerial film camera and integrated lidar/digital camera.
